Founded in 2020, Endeavor TBD connects years of experience in implementation, operations, management, tech-to-business practice integration, and leadership facilitation with organizations doing the hard, life-affirming, and world-bettering work for change. We believe people can be happy and high-performing while making a difference, and our team is here to provide the How to make that possible.

Delshan Baker
FOUNDER & CEO | OPS ADVISOR

Delshan is an infrastructuralist who advises org on the operations, people, and culture they need to turn intentions into actuals. Before launching Endeavor TBD in 2020, she spent 20+ years in the social sector including at Thread, Context Partners, and the Center for Urban Families. She has worked within organizations with budgets up to $260M/year, helped to launch the TouchPoint Baltimore corporate/nonprofit partnership, led a network of 1,500+ volunteers, staff and students toward achieving professional and personal goals; secured $5M+ in funding; and provided program implementation training and technical assistance to organizations across the country. Delshan serves on the Advisory Boards for the Social Innovation Lab and A Woman’s Journey. She has a B.A. from Stanford University, an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and is a proud alum of Western High School. She is from, of and for Baltimore.
Maya Hanks

Maya is an organizer extraordinaire and person-of-all-trades. She has 8 years experience as a licensed chiropractic assistant and physical therapy assistant, over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer, and 4 years experience in office management. At. E.TBD, Maya wears many hats, including Business Manager, HR, project portfolio manager and quality assurance. She is a mother of two young children and an avid documentary watcher. She has a B.A. in Sociology from Towson State University and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Hope Burke

Hope is a relationship-building enthusiast who loves facilitating group learning experiences and ensuring that all tasks, big or small, are completed with both precision and empathy. Hope has a BA in History and African & African American Studies from Stanford University, a MA in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and a MBA in Social Impact from Eastern University. Her experiences leveraging design thinking, coaching a community of volunteers and youth, and leading high school classrooms in Baltimore and Houston have shaped her love of co-creation and collaboration to solve all sorts of challenges.
Janis Nagy
TRAINER

Janis is an innovative problem solver who has engaged with outside-of-the-box projects throughout his career. After a twenty-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard, Janis pursued management consulting at Booz Allen hamilton and Price Waterhouse, and held Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Operating Officer positions in the tech, government and change management space. With more than 35 years of experience leading day-to-day operations, he has been instrumental in driving the processes and procedures that facilitate achievement of organizational growth through high quality delivery, and dedicated support to our clients and staff. At E.TBD Janis focuses on change management projects. He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He’s also a helicopter pilot, avid kayaker, and enthusiast for and contributor to many causes in the social sector.
Eboni Agee

Eboni Agee is a technology consultant. With over 6 years of experience working with scientists, she excels in organization, project management, and process improvement. In her former scientist role at a biopharmaceutical company, Eboni optimized workflows for one of the company's platforms and spearheaded the development of a request management system for the company’s chemistry department, streamlining the production of hundreds of compounds along with providing training to the chemists on its usage. Beyond her scientific background, Eboni has leveraged her skills as a consultant and expertise in project management systems including ClickUp and Monday, to advise six- and seven-figure brands on leveraging the latest digital tools to improve team productivity. Eboni has a B.S. in Chemistry from U.C. Berkeley.
Frank Ducey

Frank Ducey is a detail and solutions-oriented professional with 10 years of experience leading non-profit programming and operations, managing and implementing impactful projects at scale, and providing customer service and compliance oversight for more than 300 non-profit partner agencies. Frank has spent nine years at Maryland Food Bank (MFB), working in a variety of roles including Regional Program Director for Western MD, providing leadership for a small, mostly autonomous staff which expanded during his tenure. He was also the architect and steward of MFB’s statewide granting program for partners, which awarded more than $2M to 130 non-profit agencies in its first three years of existence. Frank has a B.S. in Public Relations from West Virginia University, with a minor in Sociology. He is also a certified Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master, graduate of Leadership Washington County, and holds a Securities Industry Essentials license from FINRA.
Emma Guttman-Slater

Emma is a strategist and advisor who helps teams and organizations move from vision to action. She takes a systems approach, examining structural and connected challenges and community-based solutions to inform her work. She works in the fields of economic and racial justice to provide services such as program design and development, policy advocacy, people development and coaching, and field building. Most recently, she designed and launched Yerba Buena Center for the Arts’ flagship $3.5 million artist guaranteed income program and led policy advocacy for Creatives Rebuild New York, a $125 million investment into artists across New York State. Prior to consulting, she developed and led financial justice policy advocacy, field building, and strategic communications at Beneficial State Foundation (a social impact bank investor and financial justice nonprofit) with the goal to fundamentally change the role banks play in society. She has held social justice fellowships with the Institute for the Future, Bend the Arc, and Avodah, which guide her work toward a more just world. She holds a BA from Yale University.
Laura Barrantes

Laura is an operations whiz. She loves getting things done, and checking things off a to-do list brings her great joy. Laura is a former nonprofit Executive Director with over 25 years of experience in higher education programs, event planning, project management, and supporting CEOs at mission-driven organizations. She is focused and results-oriented with strengths in cross-team collaboration and team building. Laura has worked at non-profits and universities of all sizes, including TechnoServe, the American Political Science Association, the University of California, Irvine, and the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. She holds an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University, an MA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a BA from Cornell University. A lifelong camper, Laura still volunteers at the summer camp in Maine she started attending as a fifth grader and will extol the benefits of sleepaway camp until her dying day. And she loves donuts.
Kendra Corbin

Kendra is an accredited Online Business Manager with a passion for making a difference. With a background spanning marketing, project management, coaching, leadership development, and program direction, Kendra is known for her adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Early in her career she served as a Program Director at a Youth Conference Center and as a Program Manager at a Public Benefit Corporation that served and supported more than 200 people with disabilities. As an online business manager Kendra leverages her years of experience in project and event management, client and customer support, and administrative oversight to provide operational support to a variety of businesses and organizations. Most recently she has expanded her talents into Marketing and Design, including podcast and social media support, graphic design, and website management, demonstrating her capacity for envisioning solutions that are creative, improve brand visibility, leverage employee talent, and bolster organizational performance. Kendra is an alumna of the University of Northwestern, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry.
Dawan Julien

Dawan is a dynamic DEI strategist, facilitator, and coach. With over two decades of experience working in schools and nonprofits, Dawan began her career through Teach For America as a Bilingual Language Arts and ESL teacher in the South Bronx. In the classroom and through several leadership roles, Dawan has been able to live out her personal and professional purpose: to advocate for racial equity from inside dominant culture institutions, particularly for families from all over the African diaspora. In 2022, she started consulting in order to continue doing this transformative work on her own terms. At Endeavor TBD, Dawan leverages her expertise as a DEI strategist and educator to design and deliver transformative training and project management solutions, fostering equitable practices that empower organizations to thrive. Dawan loves to travel, especially to the Caribbean and West Africa, but always returns to Harlem, a special place that she and her family have proudly called home for more than twenty years. Dawan earned her B.A. in African-American Studies from Columbia University, an M.A. in TESOL from Teachers College.
Jassmyn Hill

Jassmyn is a strategic project manager who champions equity and liberatory practices in organizational spaces. Before working with Endeavor TBD, she collaborated with cross-functional teams to co-design equitable systems, facilitated transformative conversations, and guided organizations toward values-driven goals. Jassmyn is committed to grounding nebulous ideas into clear, actionable strategies that prioritize people-centered processes and thoughtful engagement. She holds an MBA in Organizational Management and a BA in Early Childhood Education Administration.
Marques Hollie
TECH BUILDER

Marques Hollie (they/he) is a creative technologist with 10+ years experience working with non-profit organizations and socially-minded business initiatives. Adept at creative problem-solving through technology, Marques has worked with organizations of all sizes to increase operational efficiencies through thoughtful, strategic, person-centered implementation and management of Salesforce. As a classically-trained musician, he believes the same creativity needed to interpret a piece of music can, and should, be applied to organizational problem-solving. Some of Marques’ past projects include: managing the development and implementation of Salesforce for a multimillion dollar fiscal sponsor with 150+ sponsored projects, developing plug-and-play applications for chapters and affiliates of a national nonprofit, and creating automations for manual processes such as: board book generation, grant application review, and invoice creation. Marques has a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee and holds three active Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Business Analyst.
Jasmyne Gilbert

Jasmyne Gilbert has over a decade of professional work experience facilitating complex, innovative initiatives for social transformation and working with communities who bear the impact of intentional disinvestment and neglect in the U.S. In her senior leadership position at Baltimore’s Promise, Jasmyne was responsible for strategy and implementation of organizational policies and practices that centered on shared accountability, equity, humanity, and creativity. Her spare time is occupied by her ongoing graduate research in social constructionism, speculative fiction, media and culture studies, myth, and depth psychology. Jasmyne lives in Pasadena, California with her husband, Ormond. She is a proud alumna of Tuskegee University, where she earned a B.A., and Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she earned an M.A.
