    Delshan is an infrastructuralist who advises org on the operations, people, and culture they need to turn intentions into actuals. Before launching Endeavor TBD in 2020, she spent 20+ years in the social sector including at Thread, Context Partners, and the Center for Urban Families. She has worked within organizations with budgets up to $260M/year, helped to launch the TouchPoint Baltimore corporate/nonprofit partnership, led a network of 1,500+ volunteers, staff and students toward achieving professional and personal goals; secured $5M+ in funding; and provided program implementation training and technical assistance to organizations across the country. Delshan serves on the Advisory Boards for the Social Innovation Lab and A Woman’s Journey. She has a B.A. from Stanford University, an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and is a proud alum of Western High School. She is from, of and for Baltimore.

    Maya is an organizer extraordinaire and person-of-all-trades. She has 8 years experience as a licensed chiropractic assistant and physical therapy assistant, over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer, and 4 years experience in office management. At. E.TBD, Maya wears many hats, including Business Manager, HR, project portfolio manager and quality assurance. She is a mother of two young children and an avid documentary watcher. She has a B.A. in Sociology from Towson State University and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

    Aaryn is a systems thinker, creative problem solver, and tech nerd who absolutely geeks out over leveraging the intersection of all three towards the greater good. Her passion started early, fostered by her mother who worked to rebuild major financial institutions’ technology systems ahead of Y2K, allowing her to see firsthand the massive implications of tech systems that lacked forward thinking. By college, Aaryn was building out complete systems and integrated technology for student groups and initiating system structural improvements at her workplace. This carried into her career where she supported a nationally-recognized youth engagement organization through their quick expansion, going from a small student group to a multi-million dollar non-profit. Primarily self-taught, Aaryn has always seen systems and technology as a compliment and response to the community and the work, understanding the challenges that need to be solved and the tools to do so. Aaryn has implemented a myriad of technology solutions professionally and personally–i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Trello, Asana, monday.com, etc.

    Hope is a relationship-building enthusiast who loves facilitating group learning experiences and ensuring that all tasks, big or small, are completed with both precision and empathy. Hope has a BA in History and African & African American Studies from Stanford University, a MA in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and a MBA in Social Impact from Eastern University. Her experiences leveraging design thinking, coaching a community of volunteers and youth, and leading high school classrooms in Baltimore and Houston have shaped her love of co-creation and collaboration to solve all sorts of challenges.

  • Peter Metsopoulos

    Peter is a collaborative leader who excels at enrolling people in the movement toward meaningful change. As a first generation college graduate raised by his mother and older sister, he believes in equity, education, and empathy as the solutions to virtually every problem. He has 18 years experience as an educator and 30 years experience in team management. In addition, he has served as the co-founder of a charter middle school in Baltimore City, and has been a presenter at national and local conferences. Peter has a graduate certificate in Educational Leadership from Johns Hopkins and attended the Leadership Lab at the Gardner Carney Leadership Institute (gcLi). He earned a B.A. in literature from Columbia University.

    Kanika Feaster-Gordon is a community leader who has advocated for issues related to disadvantaged job seekers and their access to quality career training and employment opportunities for over 15 years. As Vice President of Workforce Development for a 500-person staffed human services non-profit, Kanika oversaw over 20 career training programs and initiatives that supported the expansion of workforce services for disability youth and underemployed adults throughout Maryland. Her work has led to hundreds of city residents being identified for employment opportunities and directly hired into careers at higher education and healthcare anchor institutions. Kanika is a proud graduate of Temple University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. A lover of performing arts, you may catch Kanika singing at festivals as the front woman of local ska band, The Upstarters.

  • Janis Nagy

    Janis is an innovative problem solver who has engaged with outside-of-the-box projects throughout his career. After a twenty-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard, Janis pursued management consulting at Booz Allen hamilton and Price Waterhouse, and held Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Operating Officer positions in the tech, government and change management space. With more than 35 years of experience leading day-to-day operations, he has been instrumental in driving the processes and procedures that facilitate achievement of organizational growth through high quality delivery, and dedicated support to our clients and staff. At E.TBD Janis focuses on change management projects. He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He’s also a helicopter pilot, avid kayaker, and enthusiast for and contributor to many causes in the social sector.

    Jennifer is an innovative problem solver who enjoys bringing people and processes together. She has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector leading day to day program operations and developing team members into strategic thinkers. She also has experience in workforce development, homeless services, and early childhood. Jennifer is a proud mother, grandmother, and godmother who calls the woods her happy place. You'll find her peacefully sitting under the shade of a big green tree next to a calming stream. Jennifer has a master's degree from Columbia University, an SPHR credential, and is a licensed social worker.

    Kelly is a results driven change management professional who specializes in improving processes and solving significant strategic problems. Her unique skill set includes facilitation, fostering collaboration, COVID-19 response, strategic planning, and effective and innovative problem solving. Kelly supported Alliance College Ready Public Schools in standing up the Procurement Department. She has an additional background in Tech Consulting with Accenture with a specialization in Change Management, Communications, and Training. She worked with multilateral, nonprofit, and security clients. Prior to Accenture, Kelly has work and academic experience in international relations. She has worked on designing and teaching curriculum and working on grant databases. She has extensive experience engaging with communities and developing relationships. In her free time, Kelly loves to rock climb, volunteer, write, and perform comedy.

    Leslie Gonzalez is a forward-thinking and resourceful business operations professional with 8 years experience working in customer service, education, and non-profit organizations. Adept at analyzing and optimizing tools and systems, Leslie is a strong collaborator in guiding decision making and advancing strategic interests. She spent 7 years at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools in her hometown of Los Angeles as a Business Operations Data Analyst. In addition, she has volunteered with multiple organizations and programs that support and serve youth. Leslie has a BA in Anthropology from UCLA, is a Google Certified Project Manager, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

    Jenna is a values-driven, persistent and seasoned leader with 25 years of on-the-ground experience of founding, running, and improving schools, systems, and nonprofits to ensure equitable outcomes for students affected by the opportunity gap. She is an expert in Leadership and Executive Coaching; Strategic Planning; and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Planning and Implementation. She is the Founder and Principal of Hawk Circle Consulting, a firm that supports education leaders to reach new heights in equity and outcomes for the children and families they serve. In the early part of her early career, Jenna was a science teacher in Los Angeles and founded a school in rural, upstate New York based on the principles of wilderness and environmental education. Born and raised in Indiana, Jenna has lived in Oakland, California for over 20 years. She is a mother of 3, a hiker, gardener, and a music lover. Jenna holds a Masters in Education degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Bachelors’ of Science from Purdue University in Wildlife Ecology.

She is an operations consultant and project manager with seven years of experience across multiple industries in the private and public sectors (ranging from financial services to education to public service); an extensive background in planning and economic development; experience with the process management of equity-centered design processes; and skill at facilitating focus groups, interviews and discussions. She has a Bachelors of Science in Applied Mathematics from Atlanta Metropolitan State College.

    Eboni Agee is a technology consultant. With over 6 years of experience working with scientists, she excels in organization, project management, and process improvement. In her former scientist role at a biopharmaceutical company, Eboni optimized workflows for one of the company's platforms and spearheaded the development of a request management system for the company’s chemistry department, streamlining the production of hundreds of compounds along with providing training to the chemists on its usage. Beyond her scientific background, Eboni has leveraged her skills as a consultant and expertise in project management systems including ClickUp and Monday, to advise six- and seven-figure brands on leveraging the latest digital tools to improve team productivity. Eboni has a B.S. in Chemistry from U.C. Berkeley.

  • Frank Ducey

    Frank Ducey is a detail and solutions-oriented professional with 10 years of experience leading non-profit programming and operations, managing and implementing impactful projects at scale, and providing customer service and compliance oversight for more than 300 non-profit partner agencies. Frank has spent nine years at Maryland Food Bank (MFB), working in a variety of roles including Regional Program Director for Western MD, providing leadership for a small, mostly autonomous staff which expanded during his tenure. He was also the architect and steward of MFB’s statewide granting program for partners, which awarded more than $2M to 130 non-profit agencies in its first three years of existence. Frank has a B.S. in Public Relations from West Virginia University, with a minor in Sociology. He is also a certified Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master, graduate of Leadership Washington County, and holds a Securities Industry Essentials license from FINRA.

    Lil Callahan is an experienced professional in business operations. She specializes in project and program management, creating internal systems designed for scalability, growth, and efficiency. Over the past decade, she has polished her skills across a diverse range of sectors, including non-profit, food and beverage, hospitality, real estate, technology, education, and e-commerce. Lil embarked on her career journey as a project manager at Uber, making significant contributions to their unprecedented expansion. In her latest role as Chief of Staff at TeePublic, an online marketplace and e-commerce platform for artists, she played a crucial role during a CEO transition, focusing on enhancing internal efficiencies and managing executive strategic processes and company-wide OKRs. Currently, she offers her expertise to founders, CEOs, and executive leadership, advising them on how to build operation systems centered around people. Lil has a B.A. in Anthropology and Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal and a Masters Degree in Project Management from York University in Toronto.

  • Emma Guttman-Slater

    Emma is a strategist and advisor who helps teams and organizations move from vision to action. She takes a systems approach, examining structural and connected challenges and community-based solutions to inform her work. She works in the fields of economic and racial justice to provide services such as program design and development, policy advocacy, people development and coaching, and field building. Most recently, she designed and launched Yerba Buena Center for the Arts’ flagship $3.5 million artist guaranteed income program and led policy advocacy for Creatives Rebuild New York, a $125 million investment into artists across New York State. Prior to consulting, she developed and led financial justice policy advocacy, field building, and strategic communications at Beneficial State Foundation (a social impact bank investor and financial justice nonprofit) with the goal to fundamentally change the role banks play in society. She has held social justice fellowships with the Institute for the Future, Bend the Arc, and Avodah, which guide her work toward a more just world. She holds a BA from Yale University.
